About Request Fulfillment

Request Fulfillment is one of the processes in ITIL V3 Service Operation. It was created to be a link between the Service Desk and Change Management. Request Fulfillment is a pre-defined process that handles Service Requests (i.e., users or clients’ requests for information, Requests for Changes, or requests to access to a service). Request Fulfillment also documents the financial implications of each Service Request and points out the additional approvals needed for it.
