ITIL® V3 OSA Course – Is It For You?

In an ITIL V3 Operational Support and Analysis course, students will learn how to plan, implement, and optimize OSA processes.  Practical guidance, based upon tested industry methods, is provided.  Students will learn how to design and implement integrated end-to-end OSA processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Request Fulfillment, Access Management, and the Service Desk.  The roles, methods, functions, and activities in Operational Support and Analysis are also discussed to ensure a candidate comprehends how critical OSA is to the Service Lifecycle.  In addition, students will further their understanding of the Service Lifecycle phases and how to implement them in a real-world business setting. At the end of the training course, students will be fully prepared to take and pass the ITIL OSA Certification exam.

Those interested in this course must already possess an ITIL Foundation Certificate.  It is recommended that candidates also have at least two years of experience in IT Service Management.  Students who pass the ITIL OSA course will be awarded 4 credits towards the ITIL Expert qualification.
