The ITIL Foundation course will be your introduction to the world of ITIL. You will learn key concepts and principles regarding ITIL. You will be taught major processes in the Service Lifecycle and how they interact with each other.  You will learn how implementing ITIL in your organization will be beneficial.  You will also be prepared to take and pass the certification examination.
