A Simple Service Strategy Approach – and Harvard?

Lately, I’ve been broadening my readings from my usual venue and found an article that really got me thinking.  It was called “Seven Strategy Questions:  A Simple Approach for Better Execution” and was published November 22, 2010, on the Harvard Business School Working Knowledge site.
