Satisfaction Promise

Ashford Global Consulting and Training takes the success of our students seriously.  If the student is not completely satisfied with the class, for any reason, the student may attend the same class again for free.

ITIL® Success Promise

In the event that a student does not successfully complete the ITIL certification exam they may take the class and/or exam again at no cost.

The student:

  • Must have attended the entire original ITIL class to be eligible for the re-test
  • Must have taken the original ITIL certification exam no more than one week after the original ITIL class
  • May re-attend the same class in a scheduled open enrollment or virtual instructor-led class
  • Is responsible for all travel cost associated with the class
  • Will need to bring the class material from the original class
  • Will receive a voucher for one exam re-take
  • Must re-take the class and/or exam within one year of the original class
