ITIL® V3 Foundation Course – eLearning (Self-Paced)
ITSM Academy's self-paced IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) Version 3 (V3) Foundation eLearning Course offers real life, scenario-based eLearning. You will attend a Virtual Training Conference at a hotel in Bangkok. In this virtual atmosphere, conference tracks are hosted by two ITIL Experts, who explain the foundations of ITIL. As part of your stay at the hotel, you will have the opportunity to assist hotel management with different projects and scenarios that test your new ITIL knowledge.
This course provides a fun and engaging learning environment, while offering hands-on experience. The scenarios are geared to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge, facilitating an effective method for reinforcement and self-assessment.
