Intermediate

There are two streams in the Intermediate Level. Both assess an individual's ability to analyze and apply the concepts of ITIL. Candidates are able to take units from either of the Intermediate streams to gain credits towards the Expert Level.

Capability Courses
Each of the four groupings (OSA, PPO, RCV and SOA) concentrate on comprehension and application of ITIL and provides process implementation and management details.

Lifecycle Courses
Lifecycle classes (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement) take a holistic approach, providing principles, processes and related activities for each service area.
