Operational Support and Analysis Certification Exam
Besides the competencies you will gain with your OSA training, you will have a chance to attain your ITIL V3 Operational Support and Analysis Certificate. To do so, you must attempt a paper-based exam which consists of eight complex, scenario-based multiple choice questions. Each question will have 4 possible answer options, one which is worth 5 marks, one which is worth 3 marks, one which is worth 1 mark, and one which is a distracter and achieves no marks. You will have 90 minutes to answer, or a maximum of 120 minutes if you are attempting the exam in a language other than your native language. In order to pass this exam and get your Certificate, you need to secure at least 70% of the marks.
Course and Exam Prerequisites
If you are interested in an Intermediate ITIL V3 Certification, manage Operational Support and Analysis processes, or are in charge of implementing IT Service Management programs, this is the course you should take. However, you need to hold a ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate or have the ITIL V2 Foundation Certificate along with a V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate.
