Ashford Global IT (AGIT) is a worldwide organization that specializes in delivering today's most in-demand business skills, IT and security courses. We also provide consulting services to medium and large businesses. Our course listing includes ITIL® best practices training and certification, IT security courses, as well as many soft skills essential to businesses today. Our training and certification courses can be provided on location for the convenience of our clients; online classes or classes at an AGIT facility are also available. AGIT is headquartered in the Orlando, Florida, metropolitan area. Here at AGIT, we believe that classroom training should be informative, relatable, interesting, and most importantly, implementable in a real world business environment.

Angel Prusinowski - CEO
Angel Prusinowski was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her parents encouraged Angel to excel in school and to take pride and ownership in her family, her neighborhood, and the world. Growing up, importance of family, community, and volunteering were principles very close to Angel's heart.
In May of 2001, Angel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Florida and went on to work for The Walt Disney Company.

In 2009, Angel interviewed for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with AGIT. Angel was impressed by the work-life balance values held by the management of AGIT. It was important to Angel to find an environment where her employer supported and respected the balance of both family and career.
Angel accepted the position of CFO and soon after advanced to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Jon Francum - Lead Instructor/Consultant
Jon Francum is the Lead Instructor for Ashford Global IT. Involved in the IT training field since 2000, Jon has a long list of contributions in this industry such as Project Manager for the US Army Europe Automation Training Project (UATP) in Europe, Training Manager for Datey Eyrich in Germany, and Project Lead for Northrop Grumman IT's Courseware Development Team to mention a few. A highly demanded trainer, Jon boasts the highest pass rate of any other ITIL training instructor. His education and real-world experience provide the conduit for the ultimate classroom learning environment.
Justo Espinosa - Instructor/Consultant
Justo Espinosa is an experienced instructor that brings talent and success to our team. Most recently, he has been serving on the Test Management team for a major Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals company in the area of Change and Release Management.
Justo has also worked as a Systems Administrator for the US Army Europe in the Army Europe Information Training Program (AEITP). His high pass rate and outstanding student evaluations have earned him accolades from commanders and students alike. We are pleased to welcome Justo Espinosa to the Ashford Global IT Training Team.
James Michael Stewart - Instructor
Over the past 16 years, James Michael Stewart has become one of the renowned Information Technology trainers in the U.S. After completing his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in Austin, James earned a multitude of certifications in IT and IT security including CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Certified EC-Council Instructor (CEI), as well as several CompTIA Certifications including Security+, Network+, INet+, A+, and Server+.
James M. Stewart has delivered more than 10,000 hours of technical training in different parts of the world. With his flair for writing, James has penned over 75 books on security and IT related training. His extensive list of publications includes the latest CompTIA Security+ Review Guide,CISSP Study Guide 5th Edition, and The Fundamentals of Network Security, Firewalls, and VPNs, as well as some amazing test and preparation books for a variety of certification exams.
Along with being an active author and instructor, James has experience working as an Ethical Hacker, systems administrator, and project manager among other areas. This permits him to use real-life examples in the classroom, thus ensuring his students of the best hands-on experience they can get. James' excellent experience and qualifications have helped him design training programs for many companies and corporations including the United States Department of Defense. All of this uniquely qualifies him to be an excellent IT security instructor at Ashford Global IT.
James Michael Stewart is one of the masters in the Information Technology industry, and Ashford Global IT is more than proud to have him on its team of instructors.
Carol Clark - Director of Sales and Marketing
Carol Clark has over 15 years experience in IT and customer service. During her extensive career, Carol has worked for a variety of businesses including multiple Fortune 500 companies, always concentrating on providing value-added service for the organization as well as internal and external customers. Carol holds a BS in Computer Science with honors from the State University of New York and an MBA from Strayer University. She also holds an ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate.
As Director of Sales and Marketing for Ashford Global IT, Carol is responsible for communicating and developing our curriculum, determining when new classes are needed, and building AGIT's market presence. Her years of experience in IT and project consulting make her an ideal person to discuss the needs of AGIT's customers. Carol is able to develop or customize our offerings to a business's specific requirements. Carol can also be found consulting in business effectiveness classes and database classes.
